Property was clean and conveniently located. It was not a problem for us, but should note that the second story location and proximity to the courthouse means that street traffic/noise, as well as hourly chimes from nearby church, may affect light sleepers. Very close to local bakery and coffee. Parking is a little cumbersome. Parking garage is half a block from apartment. My wife and I arrived around 9pm and we felt a little uncomfortable hauling all our luggage and trying to get into the apartment in the dark. The door to the apartment was damaged around the bolt lock. Owner told me that maintenance had to break in due to malfunction of the original lock. Overall the apartment is pretty nice.
