I tried messaging the host for 4 MONTHS asking about parking and where I could park a car. I emailed the host 1 month prior to arrival again and never got a response. I even used the email address they emailed me with. I reached out via the hotels.com messenger again on the day of arrival. Nothing. No responses. I showed up on the day of arrival and sure enough there was no where to park and no one to contact. I ended up not staying at this location and had to pay for a different one. Lost all my money. No one has responded to my messages still. I’d find a different place to stay that actually has someone to communicate with.
