The living area features a loveseat, 55” HD TV, kitchen with Samsung black stainless smart stove, a retro refrigerator and a table and chairs. The bedroom has a king sized bed and you will find the spacious bathroom right off the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer inside of the master bedroom. \*third floor walk up\* Other things to note This unit is a month to month furnished rental. The unit includes all of the basics you need such as linens, basic cookware, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. There is one off street parking space included and on street parking available for additional vehicles. All utilities are included, including WiFi. It is very strong WiFi and you should have no problem working from home. The television is a smart TV and you can use all of your favorite streaming services. We do not have cable. We do include a starter set of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not continuously replenish these. During the winter months we have a company contracted to do snow removal on the sidewalks and plow the parking lot.
