Everything was very clean, we were very impressed. Breakfast had a variety of items, was refilled immediately. Everyone was very courteous, acted as if they appreciated us staying there. We felt very welcome.

Weekend trip
I came to see family for the weekend. I was happy I got a room on the top floor. (That what I asked for). I was disappointed that the bathtub didn't look clean, there was mold in the corners. The towels all had yellow spots on them too. During the night (Jan.27th) the people in the room next to me were SO loud. They were partying and yelling, and the TV was so loud. They woke me up at 3:33am. I was not a happy camper. And the Continental breakfast left alot to be desired. There was no bacon, and no potatoes. There was sausage but I don't like it. The Beligum waffles tasted good, but they were tough as shoe leather. I was disappointed in the breakfast.

My family stayed for one night. The hotel was the best value with good reviews. The building and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not a high dollar hotel, so don’t expect high dollar looks for the price you pay and you’ll be good. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I liked that the rooms were very clean. I was happy to see that the pool is well maintained. Disappointed in that I asked the front desk clerk for towels for my room and was told that the housekeepers had locked the room. She stated she did not have a key. On my way back to my room after grabbing towels I had to buy at Walmart I passed the “housekeeping room” and noticed the door wasn’t completely closed so I peered inside and saw shelves full on towels and linen. I asked the clerk about towels and was told again that she was unable to gain access and she was contacting the manager. I had to go and buy towels because the clerk was too lazy to go and get some from a room that was not only unlocked but the door was already open. Not to mention lying about the entire situation

Upon checking in, our key card did not work. We maybe went through 8 different key cards the nights we stayed. Both times I complained to two different ladies and both said it could have been the door needing to be recharged but they never recharged it. When asked if we could change rooms because of the door being an issue, the answer was no. So we continued to go through keys which was really inconvenient. Especially because each key needed to slide into the door 18-20 times before the door would unlock. My husband tried to use the treadmill in the workout room and the belt was broken. Our room was uncomfortably hot and when we tried changing the temperature it would reset to a higher temperature. The WiFi never connected to our devices. When the lady at the front desk she didn’t do anything about it. Also, a lot of TV channels did not work either. It was just a very inconvenient stay and I would NOT recommend.

Loved the area .good shopping close was upset book it because it was supposed to have indoor pòol. The pool was not able to be used due ro maintenance issues they could have discounted the price per night but didnt even offer my daughter was upset because she couldn't go swimming in our down time .

Steer clear!
I stay in hotels constantly for work and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Our keys repeatedly didn't work, the bed linens and towels were dirty, the ice machine didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, and the wifi was out. Save yourselves and stay elsewhere!

We always enjoy staying here because the beds are wonderful. The staff is Friendly. Its clean. This time however we did not get to sleep. The folks above us were making noise ALL night long. Stomping, doing something with furniture. The ceiling sounded like it was going to come down. Finally about 4:45 am I called down and was told he'd look into. Well nothing seemed to be done about it. It was still going on up until we checked out. Disappointed we didnt get the good nights sleep we always look forward to having while there.
