The place is spacious and well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable! My only suggestion to improve the experience would be to clarify Check in instructions on the app and to more quickly respond to your guests when they message (over 24 hours to respond to my questions on coffee makers and check in). I was told I'd receive the code 24 hours prior to our visit, but it was more like 6 or 7 hours prior, after I messaged again. Due to past experiences with other rentals, that made me a little antsy. The 3 king beds were comfortable. The living room had a large, comfy couch. The large dining table could easily sit 6 people. The kitchen was good sized, modern, and contained plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. The AC worked well. The WiFi worked well but it was difficult for us to find the WiFi information upon arrival. The parking situation was a bit frustrating since special permits were required to park on the street.
