This lovely, modern, first-floor apartment is located just off the main street of Lanark a bustling little market town in the Clyde Valley.  
  
The Space:  
  
The freshly decorated apartment has a lovely modern feel with a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dining area for 2\. The bedroom has a double bed. As well as a flat-screen Smart TV in the living area, there is also a Smart TV in the bedroom. The is also a lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries.   
  
It is located only a few minutes walk from Castlebank Park, which provides access to the beautiful River Clyde and the popular Clyde Walkway. The world heritage site of New Lanark is also only minutes away if you wish to enjoy the breathtaking scenery that the Falls of Clyde has to offer.   
  
The property is located within easy reach of all local amenities with an array of high street and unique independent shops, restaurants and local bars. Lanark train station is also just a short walk from the property.
