Apartment 'Bergblick' with Rooftop Terrace, Garden with Pool

The health resort of Völlan (Italian: Foiana) in the Merano region lies 650 m above sea level, surrounded by forests, orchards and vineyards—a paradise for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers. In autumn, enjoy the convivial Törggelen tradition.

Just 5 minutes from the village centre, the Schlosshof fruit farm offers the 75 m² Bergblick apartment on the 3rd floor.



The apartment has a living/dining area with a sofa and dining nook, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. It sleeps 5.

The apartment is in the attic, and the bathroom has a sloping ceiling. Ceiling height above the toilet is 1.70–1.80 m; the shower cubicle is 2.10 m high.



Wi-Fi, a cot and a high chair are provided.



The living room opens onto your private rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the South Tyrolean mountains.

The shared garden has a pool (open around the clock from approximately late April to early/mid-September, weather permitting). There is also a playground, a barbecue, sun loungers and a garden swing seat overlooking the Mayenburg castle ruins.



Hiking and mountain biking routes start on your doorstep. Restaurants in Völlan are a few minutes' walk away. Lana (approx. 7–8 km, 5–6 minutes by car) has more restaurants and supermarkets.

The Merano 2000 ski area is just 16 km away (under 30 minutes by car); other ski areas are within 45 minutes.



A parking space is available on the property.
