There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable.

First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! In fact, encounters with the staff from bartender, restaurant and housekeeping were all friendly, engaging, and positive. The location was serene and relaxing with incredible 360-degree views of mountains and pastures! Inside, there were several cozy areas to relax and unwind. I would also recommend booking a dinner reservation for fine dining as the food was incredible (2AA Rosette) and the ambience as well, with large windows to enjoy the surroundings! Highly recommend this hotel! (Party of 5)

Whilst my room was small, it had all I needed. The highlight was the staff: reception and bar/restaurant staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, efficient. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The restaurant menu for dinner was ok but sometimes a wider simpler choice would have been nice.

Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. Clean and comfortable room and good to have a shower separate from the bath. Reception and bar staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly throughout. Food in the restaurant, from a reduced menu, was okay. Would have been nice to have the full menu choice. Parking plentiful and, we felt, it seemed fairly secure.
