"Up at 6:00 AM to catch flight...no food! Took at least 15 minutes for anything resembling hot water. Water pressure so low shower was only a drizzle. Difficult to unlock room door...one key did not work. Only one regular coffee in room. Bed on for wall has severe depress or broken spring. Close to Cleveland airport was only positive. "

"This property is gross. Upon checking in, there were two used rubbers on the floor of my bathroom. Mind you I checked in ten minutes after the 4PM check in time so my room was "cleaned" according to hotel staff."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. Our host Lyana was always quick to respond. We needed an item and she quickly got it to us. Was very clean and neat. Location to everything was just what we needed. Thank you. We will for sure use this property the next time we come into town to visit our son, who now lives there. We have used other properties in the past but will for sure moving forward stay at this property."

"Stayed here for just one night and it was absolutely perfect. Was in a very safe neighborhood and was easy to locate. Greatly appreciated the free parking and how close it was some very good local food spots. The apartment was very clean, welcoming and charming. No surprises. The bathroom was clean and the bed/bed was extremely comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. The host was easy to communicate for an early check in. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Was as pictured. Could use updating of interior doors and painting refreshed on the walls. There was no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and window breeze helped. Didn’t realize it was above an active bar. Street parking can be a challenge. But overall I am pleased with my stay. The area was very walkable and the apartment was charming and the perfect size and set up for me. I would definitely stay there again. Host was responsive and thorough with communication. "
