"I spent two days at this hotel in Port Clinton, Ohio, and it was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. The room was spotless, with beautiful water views and wildlife. Breakfast was very good as well. What truly stood out was Holly. She went above and beyond her duties and made my stay extra special with her kindness and care. "Last minute stay because of weather. Room was perfect considering I ended up working from the room. Quiet and staff was attentive. With weather I wasn’t sure when I would be leaving, Holly the manager ensured that I had my room for an extra night if need be and gave me a late check out to be on the safe side, well beyond what she needed to do. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, I’ll definitely be back."
