Street parking is not permitted at any time. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, garage, or in the guest parking area near the entrance gate.
Fire table is for ambiance only. No cooking, s'mores, roasting marshmallows, or placing items on or over the flame. Use at your own risk.
Due to high winds, close umbrellas whenever not in use or when leaving. Replace furniture covers after use and before checkout.

Jennifer and Rhonda were great. They were responsive and communicated well. The property was clean and it lived up to expectations from the posting. There are nice little touches throughout the home such as ambient lighting and scent sticks. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the lake. All-in-all a great stay - we'll be back!
