Explore, adventure, and experience this one-of-a-kind convergence of nature. Nearby cities include Hauser, Winchester Bay, Reedsport, Gardiner, North Bend, and Coos Bay. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District. \~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. \~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. \~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. \- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM. \- FREE parking on street and 2 designated spaces in back. \- Pack and Play must be requested ahead of time as it is in storage. It was very comfortable. Had a bit of a problem with ants but this is not entirely unexpected in sandy areas. I have lived in the North Bend area in the past and experienced ant problems in that home as well. The house was only 15 minutes from my competition location and hiking areas just down the road.
