"The property itself is great. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. However, it's the small things that prevent a full five stars: 1) I need to print something out at the business center, and not only were the computers not working, the printer was only connected to one of the two computers. It took two members of staff 15 minutes so I could get something printed. Additionally, the wifi was weak and spotty, further causing the delays. 2) The drain in my bathtub was not working properly. My shower water did not drain in a reasonable amount of time and I left for an event, fully dressed in suit and tie, with the water still in the tub. It's a great hotel, but not getting the details right make it not worth the price."

"The hotel was alright, nothing fancy. The room was small, but clean. There was a nice young man working the front seat and he was very pleasant. He recommended places for dinner and other places of interest."
