"Stayed in unit #9 - a bit rundown and smelled of marijuana unfortunately. AC old and didn’t cool the entire place well, bathroom small BUT cozy otherwise and still enjoyed our stay."

"Beach area was fantastic. Kids loved the public playground adjacent to the property. Numerous restaurants within a 1 minute drive of the property. Older kids and adults could walk to several restaurants."

"We enjoyed our stay at Cold Springs. If you are a golfer, you would enjoy even more. The condos were dated but very clean. The people were very hospitable. The restaurant next door, PEM Burgers was great. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Would have been great to have a smart tv so we could have streamed but WiFi and cell service were adequate. Also make sure to bring all your toiletries as only hand soap provided. We would stay there again."

"The GrandView was lovely! We were in a cottage that was clean and comfortable. The pool was good sized and well maintained. The view from the property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee was spectacular!"

"It’s a great location and the interior of the house was very clean. There is a lot of room to spread out but our group included young children and the layout was ok. The exterior of the property could use some work. Overgrown grass at the front entrance and the keypad was a challenge to use. The picnic table could use a coat of paint. There is no trash pickup so you will need to bring trash and recycling to the town facility. Lovell Market is close by. They have most of what you need. Host was very responsive to any issues. Overall would recommend for families and couples."

"2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family of 5. Amenities building was great! Indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and pool side bar were great!"

"The rooms may look dated but are clean with comfortable beds. The available activities are where it’s at — we played tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, kayaked, and even swam. All the equipment is in great shape. We can’t wait to return."
