The pictures online felt deceiving. The room I was in needs some definite maintenance. The air conditioner never really seemed to budge in temperature and everything was humid. The rug on the floor was sticky and had various kinds of stains, there were missing baseboards and no washcloths. The showerhead was way too large for the tiny shower. The pillows were clearly old and of poor quality and the mattress was hard and lumpy. I really am not one to complain but this felt like a bait and switch based on what I saw online. The location is good and the staff were nice and efficient, but some basic improvements would help a lot.
