Airport shuttle was good, the driver and attendant at the front afran i think is he's name was excellent, the breakfast is ok but very basic, room was ok but shower curtain was ripped a little, a drawer at a bedside table was broken, other than that everything was ok,

Been coming here for 8 years. Back when it was the Knights Inn. Proposed to my wife in the back area on the bench on bended knee. Great staff. Always helpful and accommodating. Love the remodel.

Sarah was awesome. She made me feel safe and looked after. She printed my boarding pass. I think she was the sole staff on duty. Room was clean yet outdated. Tv didn’t work well. Had English muffin for breakfast: no protein available but ate at airport.

Parking is safe and worry-free. Room was clean Staff was helpful and knowledgable. This is our 4th time staying with American Inns and leaving the carand we have had no issues. We will be staying again in November.

This hotel is a good deal if youre just looking for a place to rest your head for the night. It was decently clean, but there were spots in our bathroom where the ceiling was cracked or peeling, the acrylic in the bathtub was peeling, the room was decently clean aside from that. The beds were actually decently comfortable, however there were barely any TV channels or anything to watch during our stay while in our room. Other than those few issues, it was a decent stay.

Check in the person at front didn't explain how things worked so no housekeeping you have to put your trash outside of the door and the towels if you wanted clean ones you have to turned them in first to get new ones and toilet paper you have to go to the front desk and they keep your deposit for no reason when I check out my room was clean and I don't smoke and they be smoking right outside the door I thought I was going to have asthma attack, the lady at front desk was rude you try to ask something she rushing you so she go smoke, the breakfast could have been better no juice or water or meat it was the same everyday no dresser it had 2 hangers

Our room was clean, as were the hallway and breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to the airport, which was our reason to stay. It was a nice place, especially for the price. I was surprised by the $50 deposit, but that could've been something I missed reading online.

Would not recommend staying here. Smells like weed, the hotel lobby does not look like the pics. Pretty sure people live here permanently. The rooms were kind of clean, but the beds are terrible. The only nice thing was that they did take us to the airport for free. But I would not stay here again.
