"Neighborhood was sketchy. Sprinklers soaked you going thru front door. General appearance of lobby tired. Going towards elevator started notice the basic lack of care. Elevator bad odor. Leaving elevator going down halfway overwhelming chemical odor. Walls paint and wAll paper peeling bad. Room door looked like it had been kicked in. Husband had to use shoulder to open door. Room interior shabby. I pulled back sheets to check mattress, full of engorged bed bugs. Also note this is an extended stay property. Avoid at all costs.! _"

"I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs "

"The room was clean. The staff was amazing. I had a breakfast on the go. It was good too. Everything was good."

"Rude, unfriendly staff, the smell of weed wherever you go, including outside our room, old, filthy room and hall. People also living in the hotel, felt unsafe with my daughter, I was even concerned about my vehicle with the odd activity. We were looking forward to getting in the pool after our long day, we didn’t feel comfortable. The only positive were the clean white sheets and the mattress was fairly comfortable. Way too expensive for what we experienced. This is the equivalent to a $60 motel. "

"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland near more shopping and restaurants."

"Pleasant one night stay! Room smelt a little musty and the wifi didn’t work but overall if needed would stay again. Staff were very friendly, hotel was easy to find and parking was good. Felt safe staying there with my family. "
