Very nice clean property, friendly staff. We do wish there was a decent restaurant, we were surprisedthat it was only outdoor seating. And from what we gathered there was supposed to be another bar beside teradewinds restaurant and bar.

Our stay was good overall However We came in just 1 night to run a race in the morning, We opted for that condo as we wanted 2 bathrooms, the master bath, toilet did not work .

Great property and in close proximity to all the Disney parks. The unit was very clean and ground floor was a plus. The community has many admenities and all walking distance from this condo. Family Spring Break

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our condo. It was just the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool to rest up before we took on Universal Parks. It was a great location and including everything we needed. Pool, nature walks, safe environment, fishing area and dock. We even saw an alligator in the water which was very exciting. We would definitely do a repeat.

Orlando Work Trip

Came for the weekend, for the Premiere Orlando Hair show. Twin beds were very uncomfortable, and the above neighbors had kids running around all hours of the day/night. The condo was clean and had lots of space .

The condo itself was amazing. I do wish there was more kitchen items though, paper plates, hot pad etc. The resort staff was very rude and was knocking at our door at 830am day of departure telling us they would wait outside for us to leave

Great Condo

Great condo with lots of space. We loved the area, 4 pools, and heated spas. Clubhouse does require masks due to Covid19. There were a couple issues with the WiFi (Condo Association Provided), and the water heater. However the owners were QUICK to respond, and mitigate the issues. We rent several condos per year for vacations. This condo meets the budget, but outperforms on value. All in all it was a great family vacation.

Location was perfect. It was further away from most crowded resorts. Cell phone service was spotty but the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. Pools were awesome and everything was clean and well-maintained. We didn’t need housekeeping or the front desk for anything but they called to check on us and left messages if we were not there. Overall an outstanding experience.

Dirty linens and no service

Sprinkler flooded back porch. Dirty linens from previous tenant on porch. Told front desk at checkin. I ended up having to take to front desk myself (the day after check-in). Room key lock let us in then broke. Had to go to main desk for 2 more keys before service guy came to repair. DVD rental system didn’t work. Got stuck at front gate one night for almost 10 mins because front desk would not answer. No pot holder or oven mitt in room. Bedroom lamp didn’t work. After 3 days of trying I never spoke with resort manager. Seems she only works after 10am every day so never available to speak with before going to Disney or at checkout. Only positive part was pool and closeness to Disney world. We will NOT be staying here again. Worst customer service ever had. Only pleasant person was woman that checked us in. Otherwise we were treated as a nuisance.
