Our luxury vacation home is located in Lake Wales, centrally in Florida, in the middle of the orange plantations. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all the luxury you want for a wonderful holiday. In the garden you will find the beautiful private swimming pool. From the terrace and swimming pool you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days and the warm evenings that Florida offers throughout the year.

Spacious, cozy living room with TV and DVD. The living room is adjacent to the open kitchen with bar, making it pleasant to talk from the kitchen with friends and family in the living room. Have a drink with a snack at the bar if you want to relax in the cool surroundings of the air conditioning after a wonderful afternoon at the pool!

The spacious kitchen has a stove, extractor, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The spacious dining table seats 8 people.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chest of drawers with television. The large walk-in closet offers a lot of space for storing clothes, shoes and suitcases.

In the second bedroom you will find a kingsize bed and a large walk-in closet for storing all clothing, suitcases and personal items.

The third room has a kingsize bed, also has a large walk-in wardrobe.

The master bedroom is connected to a large luxury bathroom with toilet, 2 sinks, large walk-in shower and a wonderful large corner bath with 3 seats.

The second bathroom is on the other side of the house, between the 2 bedrooms. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

There is a large amount of towels.

In the back garden there is a heated swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. There is a covered lanai, where you can sit in the shade. The entire back garden is surrounded by a screen, so you can also sit outside in the evening without being bothered by insects. And of course you can enjoy the beautiful view ...!
