This large, comfortable, townhouse is a three bedroom, 2.25 bath located at Gold Bend in Northstar-at-Tahoe. It is just steps to the free resort shuttle; only a one minute ride (a half mile) to the main Northstar village. This spacious townhouse offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a high vaulted ceiling with king size bed and a private sink with mirror. In addition there is one separate full bathroom with bathtub shower combo. A two story vaulted ceiling on the second floor gives plenty of natural light to the main living area. This floor is great room style with ample space in the living and dining room to accommodate full occupancy. A wood fireplace and private covered deck w/seating and BBQ complete the main floor. The first floor offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub shower combo. The first bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds (4 beds total); perfect for the kids in group! Plenty of secured storage is available for your skis and mountain toys! This home is located in the Gold Bend complex. It is 50 steps from the communal parking lot to the front door, but the views make it worth the work! Enjoy communal parking for two vehicles during your stay. This unit backs up to awesome mountain vistas and a super fun sledding hill out the back. This home is located in Northstar and is 5 minutes to The Northstar Recreation Center - where guests can enjoy the lounge, spas, lap pool, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and basketball court for $10 per day ages 5 and up. You cannot access a bathroom from the main living area without a flight of 14 or 15 stairs. Recommend a picture of the outside wooden steps to the unit be added to the listing photos. The unit itself is nice and well appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked. The condo's location at the top of a short incline makes it very quiet and private. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all items you may need to cook a meal and there is a grill, perfect for summertime. The views from the upper deck are amazing. There is great air flow to keep the condo cool and comfortable. Sounds silly, but the upstairs shower is fantastic--so is the bed in the master bedroom. It's super fun to bring our own kids to a place we loved growing up! This condo is such a spot. Location, location. Super convenient since it is located inside the resort. Comfortable beds. Small, yet adequate kitchen. Like the layout with two floors of bedrooms and the living space in between - we used master bedroom upstairs for adult couple and downstairs rooms for kids. What really stood out though was the property management company and owners. I can't say enough about them, for whom we are so grateful. Our original reservation was smack in the middle of the storm of the century...This could have been a complete disaster. But..thankfully they were awesome! Excellent, quick communication. Super accommodating - flexible and generous. THANKS AGAIN! ##### Karen O.
