"The family vacation at this beautiful lakefront property in Ancram truly was one of the best things about visiting New York. The house was spotless, the property pristine. Everything was just as it should be and we loved every moment of it. It was quiet and safe plenty of room for our family of 12. Any communication with Denise, the owner, was second to none…clear, concise super helpful. They went above and beyond before and during our stay, this is MORE than in our favorites. This is our go to place to be when we come to New York. Staying here made our trip to New York an absolute success."

"We were very lucky to find this cottage so near to all we wanted to do for our week in April. We had some work to get done in the area, and our daughter attended a spring break day camp in the area for each day of the week. When we wanted to go out to eat, the area restaurants were excellent; but I was also able to cook (and grill) each night that we wanted to save money and stay in. The cottage is small, but served the four of us perfectly. The owner is very communicative and supportive of our needs, I would return (and may in the near future) to this property."
