"First of all, I paid for the room upfront and the insurance plan. When I checked in, the room I had booked was not available. The check in clerk said that she would upgrade me to the presidential suite. When I got to the room, these are the things I noticed. The cocktail table in the living area, actually had noticeable clumps of dirt under the cocktail table, as if someone had work boots on and dried mud had fallen off the tread of the boot. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned at all and there was a soap bottle cap in the jacuzzi tub. The sheets, especially the pillow cases, smelled as if an old person had slept on them. I actually had to lay a towel over the pillow to lay my head down. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. If it had not been an upgrade, there is no way I’d pay the asking price for such terrible accommodations. I sent a video to the hotel management. The air conditioning in the room also was very slow to cool. I was told by a staff member that it was being worked on earlier that day. "

"It was just for one night. The beds were comfortable. Its an older property, but no real complaint. We would stay there again. Breakfast was good, and the people at the front desk were nice."

"Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. "
