"Great house with plenty of room. This house is very secluded and private and located on the Cortez golf course which gives it a wonderful view. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of seating inside and out. If you want to get away and enjoy nature within Hot Springs Village, this place would work great."

"Garage door code worked the very first time we punched it in, and never worked again - very frustrating.We had to buy new batteries for one of the TV remotes--these should be checked regularly to see if they work properly.The back bedroom in the basement was very warm and didn't cool off like the rest of the house. I realize you cannot put a ceiling fan in there due to the bunk beds. But you could provide a fan to be used in the room.There should be something said about the fact that there is no vanity mirror provided between the two bathroom sinks in the master bathroom where there is a vanity chair, in case someone wants to bring their own.An explanation of how to turn on the master switch for the electrical linear fireplace in the master bedroom would be helpful. Had no idea you had to turn it on before the remote would work.My husband and I used the steps to lower ourselves into the lake. It is very unsafe to use. It needs to be a longer ladder--at least one more rung. It is very difficult to lower yourself down on the rocks from the lowest rung now in place.This is just a beautiful home and we enjoyed our family vacation very much. We would definitely stay here again if these items were addressed. For the price, it would be nice to have these things in place."

"The house was in a beautiful area of the mountains, and the recreational areas were also nice and clean. It was beautiful watching deer roam from the back porch in the morning. The hosts were friendly and kept in communication with us efficiently. If we come back to the area we are definitely booking with them again!"
Hot Springs Village Condo on the Green

"Overall, we had a very good stay. The condo was beautiful and once acclimated to the area, it was fairly easy to get around and navigate. However, the check-in process was unclear, and the host, being out of pocket, was a little detached as far as his attention to his guests. He did have a wonderful assistant, Rhonda, who was very personable and informative. The only other thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay a five dollar a person fee to go swim at the pool. I think a little bit more transparency would’ve been nice. I did see that there was a communal pool available, but I didn’t necessarily equate that with an added fee."

"Beautiful property! Plenty of room for our big family. My favorite room was the Arkansas room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would and probably will rent again.I would bring your own beach towels. There are 2 in the village. Small one, Desoto beach close by and a larger one Balboa beach about 15 minutes away. If you need a fun place to eat, The Sand Trap is right outside the West gate. They have music bingo on Saturdays and Thursdays and the Owner, Amy is a sweetheart. She was wonderful."
