"When pulling up to the property, it was very dark. There was trash outside of the front entrance. Once inside you are not greeted by the front desk instead, you have someone’s head down talking to you with no eye contact no professionalism. When you get out of the elevator on the second floor, the vent was blowing cigarette smoke directly in your face because it’s an older building so the vents are on the bottom of the baseboard. The bed would’ve been comfy if I did not see a blood stain on the wall. Also, it was very hard for me to switch the bath water to the shower water you had to use a lot of strength to pull the latch.. not to mention all the Welp. I woke up with on my neck, arms and back. Don’t know if it’s the detergent that they’re using or if something was modeling me all night from the bed.. overall I wouldn’t stay again checked out early room for improvement. It’s an older building older furniture, older smell.."

"The breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Coffee was always hot. The room I booked was large enough to accommodate the many packages I brought with me. I stayed several days and never felt rushed out of my room for daily cleaning. The front desk was very observant about the customers and always made you feel at home."

Property description includes garage and full-service business office with internet. We didn't see the office and the garage was not accessible.3. Deck needs immediate attention. Hole in the deck as well as worn floorboards. Safety hazard.4. Fire pit located on wooden deck. Fire hazard.5. Cleanliness. Significant Hair and dust under the beds. Hair on shower stall. Black mildew on shower curtain. Thick dust on HVAC returns.6. Yard was red clay/dirt. Exposed tree roots, irrigation pipes, and communication cables made walking the dog a safety hazard.7. Smoke detector missing in hallway.8. Small hole and peeling paint in guest bathroom where old towel hooks used to be.9. Insects found inside the house, including a large spider, large cockroach, and 7-10 flying insects.10. The house could be a luxurious retreat if it's kept clean and certain renovations were made, such as the yard and deck."
