"Very impressive hotel for its architecture style and size. The location is very convenient if you want to visit the Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, the Centennial Olympic Park and the SkyView Atlanta Observation wheel and the hotel has a direct access to the public transportation train called Marta through a bridge where you can cross and it also connects to plenty of restaurants in the same place next to the station. Rooms are outdated and don’t combine with the futuristic architectural style, need to be renovated."

They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. One of the sweetest things was how kind they were to our daughter, Rae. At check-in, the staff surprised her with little gifts, and it absolutely made her day! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember from our trip. ❤️ Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family’s stay so special!"

Only think bad I have to say is no microwave in the room but there is one in the lobby so didn’t bother me much."
