"Had an absolute blast. House is immaculate the pool was super fun the owners where very easy to communicate with. Coming from the uk the 115 degree heat was toasty and we may now be looking for a mountain house in Arizona!!!"

The family loved the pool and hot tub, the neighborhood and close proximity to Anthem Community Park. Ted's house is beautifully decorated and has ample amenities to make your stay enjoyable and to make you feel at home! The putting green was also a big hit! We will certainly be back next year!"

"We enjoyed this property thoroughly! It is a quieter and friendly neighbourhood. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were so popular. Our hosts made sure we had the amenities just as we wished and also ensured there was enough propane to get through our nightly fire pit sessions. Our whole family enjoyed this luxurious space. "Beautiful home with a nice layout (master bedroom and bath downstairs) and heated pool. Nice backyard. Becky was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. "

"The casita was adequate. The basics were there, but there are a few things that would have made this a more enjoyable stay. First, the roads in are all loose gravel and rough, as is the steep hill to the property. Parking is tricky and puts you at an awkward unsafe angle, so getting in and out is no fun, and dangerous. As to the casita- it has NO decoration whatsoever, which we found depressing. There is only one trash can inside, so we needed to devise our own for bathroom trash. I had to go to the store to get Kleenex, and a proper dish sponge since we wash dishes by hand so there’s something to eat with and drink from. The only television is in the bedroom, and I made the suggestion to the owner to put it on the large blank wall in the main room and rearrange the sofa and table to improve the flow and use. The view at sunset is very nice, and with a few changes, this would be a decent place. However, we will not be back. "
