"I recently stayed here while in Anthem, Arizona and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The space was spotless on arrival, thoughtfully furnished, and felt more like a private retreat than a simple guest room. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were high quality, and the small touches like plenty of hangers, extra blankets, and a well stocked bathroom made it easy to settle in right away.The location in Anthem was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and I loved being just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and freeway access while still enjoying a peaceful, residential setting. Mornings and evenings were especially nice, with beautiful desert light and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a busy day.The host was excellent responsive, organized, and genuinely welcoming. Communication before and during my stay was clear and timely, and check‑in/check‑out were smooth with no surprises. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and it was obvious that the host cares about providing a high quality experience for guests.Overall, this casita was a perfect home base for my time in Anthem. It offered the right balance of privacy and comfort, with all the conveniences I needed for a longer stay. I would absolutely rent this casita again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it."

"We especially enjoyed the pool. The slide was a big hit. We cooked all our meals at the home either on the "bull" charcoal grill or the outdoor griddle. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories which made home preparation easy. It was a great get-away for our family."

"This house is beautiful and has everything and more to offer for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat. Ted was very accommodating with any questions we had and offered some great advice. The family loved the pool and hot tub, the neighborhood and close proximity to Anthem Community Park. Ted's house is beautifully decorated and has ample amenities to make your stay enjoyable and to make you feel at home! The putting green was also a big hit! We will certainly be back next year!"

"The house was clean it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool looked nice (we didn't get to enjoy it as we had no time)our host was quick to respond and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a very nice place to stay!"
