The owners Jill and her husband are fantastic. She made dinner reservations for us and went out of her way to make sure there were beer and whiskey glasses for my husband and the other couple we were traveling with. The hotel is a bit dated but we loved the front room with the fireplace and we will definitely stay there again. You can't beat that kind of personal service.

What a cozy place in the heart of Lake Placid. Jill and the rest of the staff met all of our requests and made our stay memorable. Will definitely be back again.

Good location by the Lake Placid, walking distance to town. It is greatly appreciated they exercised good practice (face mask, hand sanitizer, etc.) in current the COVID-19 situations. But the room is very small without a desk or table.
