About this property

Peace on Mill Pond. Easy walk to Town.

  • Waterfront 3BR house with beautiful wood interior. 100 year old house completely renovated inside & out, has comfortable adirondack decor and lots of windows. 3BR sleeps 6 adults + futon sofa sleeps 2 more. Full kitchen opens onto dining room and huge living room. Fantastic views of the pond from your sofa or the backyard. Two sets of sofas so the kids can play on their computers while the adults relax. Bathroom downstairs has a large gorgeous shower with a glass block wall and a sauna.

    Pond (shallow entry on our side) is perfect for kayaks, canoe or stand up paddle boards (provided).

    Three bedrooms upstairs means everyone has privacy: one queen bed, one double bed, one bedroom with one full and one twin size bed. Washer / dryer in upstairs bathroom.
    Very large mudroom for storing life jackets, snow shoes, skis etc. Plenty of parking off the street for 3 cars.
    Enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock or take the kayaks or the canoe out for a ride in the summer.
    Easy walk to downtown Lake Placid to enjoy shopping or nightlife. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the Olympic center or Lake Placid beach. The walk is up hill on the way into town and down hill on the way home!
