  • This charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is in the beautiful, wooded, park-like Regatta Bay Complex. The condo is furnished with a king bed in the primary suite with private bath, a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 4 TVs, stereo and a private screened in porch. The complex offers tennis courts, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, playground, two seasonal pools and a swim dock. A pavilion and picnic area is also available for guest use. Regatta Bay is located in the Four Seasons Area on Horseshoe Bend Parkway, conveniently located near lake area attractions including both Four Seasons golf courses, popular restaurants and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, and at the 12 mile marker by water. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

    Please note: There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away. This unit is one level down from parking. There is no grill at this property.
