With space for 11, stunning views, a modern kitchen, and seasonal pool + hot tub access, this ground-level unit is perfect for big families, friend groups, or bachelor getaways just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip.



    The Space:

    This large condo offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living areas, a covered patio with lake views, and room to spread out. Sleeps up to 11 with plenty of beds and lounge space. You also will have access to a boat slip.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to the unit, private patio, seasonal pool and hot tub area, walking paths, and nearby dock access. Parking is available right outside of the building.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located at Monarch Cove, just a few minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip’s restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet tucked into a peaceful lakefront setting.



    Getting Around:

    A car is recommended. Parking is free and easy, with room for two vehicles right near the unit, and overflow if needed.
