Take a trip into Bracebridge, Huntsville, Baysville or Dorset for restaurants and shopping, or stay in for the night and enjoy the serene waters of Lake of Bays. For winter activities cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or venture outdoors to enjoy a hike or snowshoe. This cottage is also within 40 minutes to skiing at Hidden Valley or the ice trail at Arrowhead for skating!

LAND BEFORE TIME is located on a gorgeous lot with stunning natural rock and towering mature trees, and sits solitary and stunning amongst the earth and greenery. It is a brand new, ultra modern cottage as of summer 2019\. Take in nature's beauty even while indoors with the huge floor to ceiling windows on the main floor. Traipse the property and follow the beautiful, winding nature trails that lead towards the tennis court or the stone steps that lead to the water. Even with the trees lining and dotting around the property, the views of lovely Lake of Bays are always visible peaking through and open up completely when you arrive at the water's edge. The property boasts a tennis court with a cabana for shade and viewing as well as a badminton net to ensure there is never a dull moment! A small sandy beach with a shallow walk-in sits adjacent to the dock offering a perfect place for young children to enjoy the waterfront!
