PESTS/SMALL ANIMALS: Our property is located in cottage country so mosquitoes, flies and in rare cases, small wild animal (including turkeys, field mice, foxes, deer, etc..) could be seen in the area. With the weather changes, they will be eager to visit the cottage. Please be mindful of the door (include garage Door) windows and keep it closed to prevent unwanted visitors. We have taken preventative measures to ensure these pests do not enter the cottage but cannot guarantee if they enter the property.  
  
NO SMOKING / VAPING inside house and garage  
  
PRECHECK AND SAFETY: guest might need to complete a PreCheck-in Rental Information Form on behalf of the group where you will be asked to provide ages of all guests, full guest list, names, address, employer of the primary guests etc. This information will be destroyed after each completed booking.  
  
POWER OUTAGES: Power outages are very rare, but they do happen during severe weather. Power outages for our property typically last a few hours, with the longest being a day without power. However the generator is installed in the property. If this occurs, please let us know and we guide and provide details to solve the issue.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Home was exactly as described. Very spacious and well equipped. We loved the snow. It’s about 25 minutes to Arrowhead Provincial Park for skating and cross country skiing. We also hiked a 1.5 km trail near the house.

Huge house, lots of space for everyone. We had a rainy stay so we didnt get out much. Really loved the screened patio as the bugs stayed out and the breeze came in. Bathrooms where well stocked and clean. Is a great place for a great price.

An Absolutely Perfect Cottage Getaway!Our recent stay at this incredible cottage was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how new and beautifully spacious the property is. The location is simply fantastic, offering a wonderful blend of tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings, while still being conveniently close to highway 60 and Huntsville; Bracebridge. It's the ideal spot for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature without feeling isolated.What truly set this cottage apart was the outstanding amount of amenities provided. The hosts have thought of everything and more! From a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedding and thoughtful entertainment options, every detail was covered. The attention to detail throughout the cottage was remarkable.Finally, we cannot speak highly enough of the host's quick responses. Any questions we had, both before and during our stay, were answered almost immediately and with incredible helpfulness. This excellent communication made the entire booking and check-in process seamless and stress-free, contributing significantly to our overall positive experience.We highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a top-tier vacation rental.

We had an awesome experience at this cottage. It was perfect for a group of our 4 families. The owner Emily was very friendly and responsive. She even left a nice gift basket for us! Overall we had a positive experience. We would certainly recommend to others.
