Accessible by boat are the beautiful towns of Dorset, Baysville and Dwight. Each town featuring their own attractions, Dorset -Trading Bay Dining Company, or "Pizza On Earth" wood-fired pizzeria, then enjoy an afternoon lounging on the Lake of Bays beach. Dwight also provides docking and access to the one of the best local beaches around. Be sure to treat yourself at Erica's bakery, or Din's food truck. Baysville -home to Lake of Bays Breweries Tap Room, who offer live music, food and tours of the brewery. We had a fantastic trip to the Lake of Bays. The cottage had great outdoor seating...fabulous fire pit with extensive amount of wood available. Sanna Hot tub, Gas grill and a Blackstone grill, even 2 kegs of beer on tap! nice dock..deep enough to bring in a boat...2 kayaks to use, canoe, and kitchen was well equipped, and downstairs had a peloton bike, ping pong table...loved the location in the middle of Lake of Bays, close to Bigwin and Port Cunnington..it was a great place for friends or family. the 4 bedrooms easily accomidated my adult children and the lower level bedroom was good for the parents with the baby.
