The dinner buffet was filled with many delicious options to choose from and was very convenient. I would suggest a vent for the bathroom and possibly a mini fridge in each room. "This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special. "
"You get what you paid for but at the same time there was mold in the bathroom, towels and sheets were all stained. As well as they’re being grit on the floor of the room and just really unclean surfaces all around. But again you get what you paid for so I can’t really complain at the same time. But still, it takes no effort to do the bare minimum and just clean up a little bit."
