  • Beautiful, lake-front newly renovated/redecorated comfortable villa located in quiet cul de sac in Marina Cove within the Lake Oconee Reynolds Resort. Great location near Linger Longer Marina and across the Linger Longer Cove from gazebo and beach. Also minutes away from the Lake Club, Golf Courses and the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee Lodge. 2 LEVELS- Total 4 BR/3BA/Game Room. Sleeps 12.
    Main Floor has new kitchen with Living Room, Dining Room, laundry room, and Covered Porch overlooking lake a Master Bedroom and Bath with King Bed overlooking lake and a Guest Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and Private Bathroom. Main Level Covered Porch has another dining table and comfortable outdoor seating overlooking lake.
    Lower Level which can lock off from the main level has a Living Room with mini kitchen overlooking lake, and a GAME Room with ping pong and foosball tables. Guest Bedroom overlooking lake with Queen Bed, and a Bunk Room with 2 sets of Bunk Beds and a Lower Level Bath. Lower Level opens on to a patio with gas grill, nice seating area looking out over lake and Marina Cove.
    Whether you are coming for the Masters, or up for a UGA or GCSU ballgame weekend or just to relax in a beautiful villa enjoying fun on the lake with great restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping nearby, this is the place for you.
