This a fantastic, unique property. If you like old and interesting buildings with an eclectic mix of antique furniture this is the one. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place so clean. The owner was so helpful, little touches such as some food items, chocolates and fresh flowers just added to the experience. There is a coop and a couple of patisseries within two minutes walk. Hosts were so hospitable. They were friendly and helpful throughout our one night stay. The apartment was clean and the breakfast was wonderful and in an ideal setting of a grand kitchen dining room. The location and accommodation oozes tranquillity and calm.

Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room.

This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic.
The staff here are superbly hospitable.
The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective.
Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent.
Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

We received a wonderful welcome by the receptionist at this hotel, even an apology for the pouring rain. The town is very picturesque and has retained some of its medieval heritage. The food in the hotel was delightful and the atmosphere was one of comfort and enjoyment. Everyone seemed happy.
