The rooms are great. The pool is great. The curtains are made so they do not close. So you have light from the parking lot. I was not informed ahead of arrival that the elevator didn't work. I have COPD. No one offered to help carry bags to the top floor. It took two days to get the first floor. The staff is polite.

Found hair in the bed, in the shower and also on the "clean" towels. Noticed if you walk around barefoot in the room your feet will look like you have been walking outside barefoot. The staff is very friendly and plenty of parking.

I didn't get the room I paid for. Then the room we got smelled and the ac was so bad and they really need to clean the vents, its smelled of mold and they masked it with air freshner. I will say the staff was nice, friendly and the girl that checked us in apologized they didn't have to room i paid for available and she did try to upgrade us but again it smelled moldy, needed to be cleaned. It was a means to an end and I appreciate the effort of the staff but I probably wouldn't stay there again, unfortunately. My husband is a big Candlewood suites fan and this one let us down.

I liked how clean the hotel was. When we arrived they were cleaning the carpets and it smelled very clean. What i didnt like was that my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also there was a plate of food in the microwave left from previous guests. Otherwise i would say i enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful.

i was worried after reading some of the poor reviews on here and other sites, but our five night stay was actually very lovely. the room was decently clean and had a full kitchenette (including dishware, a dishwasher, coffee pot, and a full fridge and freezer) and a large desk for working space. the complimentary coffee in by the lobby area was very convenient. the staff was helpful, our keycard demagnetized twice (likely due to being in a bag next to my electronics) and they replaced it for us with no issue. overall for the price it was an excellent stay
