Modern Log Cabin, Fireplace, Pool Table, and Mountain View!

  • Welcome to The Sherwood! Although Lake Lure is closed for the 2025 season, the area remains peaceful and beautiful. Chimney Rock and some local spots are still open, making this cozy modern log home a perfect mountain getaway. With 2,600 sq. ft. of space, a fireplace, pool table, and outdoor living areas, The Sherwood offers the ideal mix of comfort and nature.

    Located just one street off the lake, with public beach access only 5 minutes away (kayaks, boat rentals, etc.). The open concept upstairs features a cozy living area and the master bedroom and bath. Downstairs includes two additional bedrooms, a pull out couch, and a fun game area.

    The Lake Lure area is a beautiful mix of mountains and lake. Our neighborhood is quiet and easy to access, and a great spot to relax and spend time with friends or family. Within minutes to great restaurants, boat rentals, public beach, and hiking. The house is just 1 street off of the lake.

    This is a pet friendly property, we do charge a pet fee. You`ll see this upon booking! Reach out with any questions.
