"The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!"

"Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain."

"Sandy & her husband were so helpful & kind. The place was very clean & thoughtfully decorated. The small, sweet details were nice as well as the laundry room. The location was perfect for Houston County Lake access. There was a lot of great space, & she is adding even more room! Very kid-friendly location!"

"Staff went over and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Regina and the young man at front desk. Everyone was very friendly. I did not eat breakfast apart from yogurt. Grateful for selection of items."

"The room was clean but skimpy on amenities in the room and breakfast bar. No tissue, very skimpy on towels, and toiletries. The breakfast bar has no syrup for waffles, very little juice and there was no coffee left at 8:30am and the breakfast bar closes at 9am. I won’t stay here again as it’s not priced lower despite skimpy amenities plus no one manning the breakfast bar. "
