We paid 36 dollars a day for the resort and people were using the facilities without staying at the resort and sneaking in with friends and we could use the bar area because of outsiders using it also. To noisy and will not stay at the hotel next time. Also the air conditioner was so loud it woke us up and did not keep the room cold. The only thing going for the hotel is the food and servers at in the restaurant we're great.

We LOVED this place!! Only stopped in for one night (unfortunately) but was such an incredible place to come and chill for the arvo in amidst a whirlwind trip. The room was decent, the beds were comfy, the lake was so nice and the kids loved swimming all afternoon in the lake and the pool. Was such a lovely and relaxed vibe hanging by the pool and on the little beach. We did arrive on a Thursday so it wasn’t too busy but sounded like the weekend was booked out so no doubt would be a bit of a different vibe when full but we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough from our experience. The staff were all lovely too - at reception, in the pool bar/area, in the restaurant, all of it!!

Negatives - The shower in the room was terrible. Not enough room to comfortably take a shower. The shower curtain was also about 2-3" too short which caused water to go all over the bathroom floor. - Our room was really dirty, a lot of dead bugs in the bathroom, cob webs, dust, etc. Appeared to be some dark looking mold in the shower. Very outdated and run down. - Hard to sleep with the occasional loud random beeping noise that never stopped during the 3 days we were there. We couldn't find the source. - Service was horrendous. Pool bar, bar, and restaurant service all very bad. The general consensus seemed to be that they did not care if we had been waited on or not. The girl that worked in the convenience store area was a real piece of work. - Was charged more than the price that Expedia showed me when I booked it. This may be Expedia's issue but I am not a fan of booking a hotel and being given a final price only to find out that it is more expensive when I check out. Positives - Location on the lake is a really good spot. - The pool is nice but it could use some updates and maintenance

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that we could launch our boat and that there was enough parking for our trailer. We like that the property is dog-friendly with a couple of dog runs. I only wish the dog runs were larger. We have big dogs and the "dog run" was more appropriate for smaller dogs. They do have poop bags too which was nice. Our room was large with a semi-separate couch area. The frig was about 3 feet tall so it could fit more than some of those super small room frigs at other hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't visit the pool due to having a boat and such but it looked really nice. We ate at the restaurant one night. The food was great but our service was horrible. Overall this place is super awesome!

It’s a nice concept. Wait staff were horrible, to the degree that it felt uncomfortable to order. Room was not as shown, stained curtains, bugs, filthy patio, and dirty grout in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money, most of the “beach” area was restricted for private boat rental. The outside looked better Than the rooms on the inside. Would never stay here or suggest. I ended the trip early. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Great place for the family! My only concern is the big red ants on the beach, the espresso machine was broken all weekend, and the servers at the onsite restaurant were not friendly at all. I only gave them two starts because the front desk staff was AMAZING!

Una experiencia muy decepcionante. El cuarto estaba sucio, la alfombra manchada y descuidada, y las cobijas se veían viejas. El baño estaba asqueroso, viejo, rayado y extremadamente angosto. Todo se siente anticuado, polvoso y sin el mantenimiento adecuado. El servicio tampoco corresponde para nada con lo que cobran. Si necesitas una simple toalla, prácticamente tienes que caminar medio hotel para conseguirla. No hacen limpieza de las habitaciones como deberían y el aire acondicionado está tan lleno de polvo que en vez de descansar, terminas sintiendo que te afecta hasta la respiración. Definitivamente, por el precio y por llamarse “resort”, esperaba muchísimo más. La ubicación puede ser bonita, pero las habitaciones, la limpieza, el mantenimiento y el servicio dejan muchísimo que desear.

Been staying here for years. Love the boat access, and pool is outstanding . But this time was not a great stay. Shower leaks and almost flooded us out. Front desk staff is disorganized and the ice situation doesn’t help. Yes there is an ice and pool towel situation .
