The facility is definitely "vintage" (probably built in the 60's) but for a last minute stay is was convenient and reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Don't get confused though .... Expedia's website pictures the hotel as a brown building ~ its not ~ it is a white building. :-D

Very clean and the owner was very courteous and kind. The hotel had lakeside views and was very quiet. Conveniently close to everything and within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The Rodeway was clean and tidy Cleaning staff are great and the owner was fine The breakfast is not continental cereal and coffee does not make breakfast for a hotel. Location was good and swimming pool was clean and generally a nice condition. Could do with smelling a little nicer and the staff were very helpful.

Everything was good except the owner. Owner son and staff were good. Paid for 5 nights, 1 room in advance. Upon checking in, was informed he wanted a deposit also. No, not informed of any deposit, finally said no deposit. During whole stay watched us closely when in public. Pool, lobby, outside grounds.

We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 nights. The check in was quick and easy and the gentleman was very nice. We decided we wanted a ground floor room because there is no elevator, we are old. We passed the indoor pool on the way to our room. Nice sized. We never used it though. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It had 2 queen beds. A desk and refrigerator. The bathroom was quite small but all worked well. Air conditioner worked well. The beds were comfortable and I slept great. I would stay there again.
