One of the best places I have stayed at by far. Best view of the lake and London bridge. The place a clean and well accommodated with additional blankets, towels, waters, etc. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

This was a great place to stay in Havasu. Mike the owner was great, always answered any questions you would have. Place was very nice and clean. My family has been going to Kings Condos for about 10 years and this was by far the nicest one we stayed in.

This is a beautiful spot to enjoy the water. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee. It is Very spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. Maybe some regular chairs on the balcony would be more comfortable than just stools.

Havasu Balloon Festival weekend

The condo was beautiful throughout, and everything about our stay was perfect. One of the best views, if not the best view in the complex! We definitely would like to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful and spacious condo had everything we needed! Balcony was also large and fun to watch the boats go by. Perfect location on Lake Havasu with views of the London Bridge and walking distance to shops & restaurants in the Village. Host was very attentive as well. We enjoyed our time here. The balcony is next to the neighbors’ balcony and you can see each other so no going out there in pjs :) but not a deal breaker.

Felt like home!

Perfect location, we walked everywhere. The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. Mike was easy to communicate with and left perfect instruction on the condo, activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Channel view stay!

This place was awesome. It was in the perfect location we were able to walk to the steakhouse cha- bones right across the street. I’d definitely recommend this condo! The communication between the owner was great as well.

Perfect Havasu Stay

The condo is perfect for a family. Kitchen was stocked with all of the major things needed plus beautifully done. Condo super clean with comfortable beds. Everything about our stay was awesome. Check in process was super easy and very straight forward. The host's response time with any communication was within minutes of me sending over a message. We would stay in this condo again for sure.

What a great place to stay! All of the amenities of home, and a beautiful view. The bed in the primary suite was so comfy, and the ensuite was large, with a washer and dryer. Easy parking access. And the beach was just a few steps away.
