Room furnishings and particularly the bed were excellent. The shower was excellent. The T.V. service was a bit eclectic, couldn't find any major channels or sports on the Google TV, but there were other options like Prime, YouTube and Live TV (showed primarily old shows) to occupy you. The walls were a "little thin" but the noise from the adjoining room was not too loud. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4 year old. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of place for storage. The air conditioning was great as well. The breakfast was great too! Highly recommend and would stay here again. It's close to lake george village and all attractions which is always a plus!

Positives: - The room was clean. - location was good for what we needed. - many restaurants nearby gave us choice Cons: - the hotel was very dated and several areas needed repair. Everything just seemed....tired - we only saw 1 staff person during our 2 day stay - the 'on the go' breakfast was just ok. We actually chose to get breakfast somewhere else. - lots of unused space that could have great potential if used the right way

The staff I talked to, which was usually the same gentleman, he was absolutely amazing and the sweetest!! I was extremely nervous about checking in because I’ve had some very rude people in the past but he was absolutely great and accommodating!! The only issue I had was the WiFi wasn’t the best but that was the least of my worries.
