Welcome to Linn Lodge, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway tucked into the wooded edge of Town of Linn with a Lake Geneva address. Sleeps up to 10. Whether you're coming for a family weekend, a girls' trip, or a guys' golf getaway, this property was built for the way groups actually want to vacation...outside around the fire, racking 'em up in the game room, gathered around the dinner table, and creating memories that last way beyond the weekend.

The Space
Main Level The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is the heart of the home. A deep sectional sofa faces a big smart TV mounted above a decorative fireplace, perfect for movie nights after a long day on the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island that seats 4, plus a dining table with benches that comfortably fits another 6. Cook in, eat together, no one gets left out.

The main floor primary suite features a king bed, dedicated work desk for anyone who needs to check in with the office, smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a garden soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs Two additional bedrooms, each with its own electric fireplace, smart TV, and mini-split system for personalized climate control (ice cold A/C in the summer).

Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a full-over-full bunk bed (great for kids or extra guests)

Where You'll Actually Spend Your Time
The Back Paver Patio This is the showstopper. An extensive paver patio with a built-in bar, wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs (firewood provided), plush outdoor couches, and seating for the whole group. String lights kick on automatically at night for that warm, cozy ambiance that makes you want to stay outside one more hour. And then another.

The Garage Game Room
This is the new one. The garage has been converted into a full-on game room. Regulation pool table (balls, cues, and chalk provided), an electronic dartboard on the wall, and a pub table with bar stools for keeping score or setting your drink down between shots. This is where the guys' golf trip lands at midnight and where a rainy afternoon turns into a pool tournament nobody planned. Talk trash. Settle it on the felt.

3-Season Screened-In Porch Off the dining room, you'll find two couches, a foosball table, and a giant Connect Four game. Rainy day? No problem. This space is the unofficial tournament headquarters.

Deck Off the Dining Room Outdoor dining table seats 8, plus a gas grill with propane provided. Perfect for morning coffee or grilling dinner with a view.

Backyard Lawn Behind the garage is a wide grassy area ready for cornhole, ladder golf, croquet, or yard bowling. Bring the games or use ours.

The Golf Cart (Optional Add-On)
For an extra $150/night, you can reserve our 6-person street-legal golf cart. Cruise to the end of Linn Road to the public swimming area right next to the boat launch...pack a picnic, bring the kids, and spend the afternoon at the Linn Pier public swim area at the end of Linn Rd.
*Note: A separate Golf Cart Waiver and a photo of the driver's license for each driver are required to add the golf cart to your reservation.

House Rules & Booking Requirements
To keep Linn Lodge in great shape for every guest, we ask that you read these before booking:
Primary booker must be 25 years or older
No pets (we love them, but the property is not pet-friendly)
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (out of respect for our neighbors)
Email address required at booking for guest verification and communication
Guest Rental Agreement must be signed regardless of which platform you book through.
Golf Cart Waiver + driver's license required if adding the optional golf cart
Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles
