Lake Geneva Cruise Line boat tours and rentals are about a 4-minute drive, Big Foot Beach State Park trails and beach about 7, Lake Geneva Canopy Tours zip lining about 8, and golf courses, including the Grand Geneva Resort, about 10. Downtown hosts seasonal festivals, farmers markets and Winterfest.

• Pets are welcome with prior approval, maximum 2. A pet fee applies.

• An exterior security camera is on the property. There is no noise monitor.

• Family-friendly and suitable for children and infants.

• Please keep noise down in the evenings out of respect for the neighborhood.

• No smoking inside the home.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, based on availability.

• Please clean and return all dishes before departure.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

• You'll also get a link to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in, and you'll choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
