Disliked: Cleanliness
Was not cleaned at all! Food & yuck all over every kitchen surface. Torn couch, no phone service...
I had 2 scrub the table b4 I could set down anything, every surface was disgusting! Chunks of cooked hamburger on the stove, a chunk of onion on the countertop, a tortilla chip on top of the washer, idk what on kitchen table, chairs with built up filth like nobody ever washed their hands 🤢 every spoon looked like someone licked it & put back, last spoon I pulled out of the drawer had avocado stuck all over it. We had to wash each & every item b4 we used it. Your welcome 4 putting your back screen door back on we had to to air out the place, although we couldn’t fix the screen. Maybe you should try to duck tape it like you did the front door. I was already so stressed taking care of a dying relative on the other side of the country, thanks 4 stressing me out even more & making me work even harder while having my leg in a brace & dealing with all the many stairs. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful especially considering how much I paid to Stay in that. No phone service was a huge problem. The bedrooms seemed ok except the comforter n the 1 obviously hasn’t been washed. No trash service anywhere & no advice from owner was also a stress/issue. Everytime I sat down on the gross couch I thought I smelled a faint smell of pee & it definitely isn’t me. The sound on the tv comes & goes & even that is covered in filth somehow. Your also welcome for the extra shampoo, & laundry soap, & dish soap I left there as there was an empty box of laundry soap, & only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo & cond 4 2 people 4 a week. The dryer was so full of rust I was worried it would ruin all my clothes. It didn’t, but it’s so old it took 3 Cycles to dry a small load. U can’t run a place like this, I am so angry everytime I think of it, your lucky I have bigger fish to fry right now or I’d b trying to figure out how to get some $ back. I just wanna cry. Learn how to clean! & for crying out loud get trash service! This place gives me a negative impression of California.
