- No pets allowed

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old

- Majority of guests must be above 25 years old, except families with children

- Parking is limited to 4 cars, no RVs

- Maximum of 8 overnight guests and 12 total day guests

- Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking

- Quiet hours: 10pm–8am

- Strict 25mph speed limit enforced with tickets

- No loud outdoor music

- Garbage must remain inside the home (bear safety)

- Fines or violations are the responsibility of the guest

Guest Access:

Entire Property

Guests enjoy private, full access to the entire home, deck, and yard. Any locked areas (such as the garage) are reserved for maintenance only.

Tranquil Shores is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Guests can enjoy local attractions such as Woodloch Resort, Lake Wallenpaupack, local wineries and brewery's, and more.



Getting Around:

Tranquil Shores is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

No pets allowed

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 4 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 8 guests and 12 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
