Outstanding !!!
If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

Location is a 10/10 Our room was a small but charming duplex for 4 persons, The managers are Peter and his wife, very friendly and caring The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate. Loved it

This hotel has only 5 rooms - but they are multiple bedroom suites. Ours was 3 floors with a bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is in the heart of the old town. We loved the hotel, the decor and its layout. We had air conditioning and 1 full bath and a half-bath (toilette). It was perfect and the host (Alexandria) was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in Annecy.

Best location in Annecy!
Awesome stay - location is in the center of old town and activities - no long walking anywhere, plus the rooms are quiet. All entities were top notch. But, what was over the top were the staff at the waffle house checking you in. They ere awesome! very attentive, courteous, did their best to understand my English. Will stay here again. The owner has put a lot of work inti the rooms and it shows.

Three floors in the heart of Annecy!
Overall I enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed that the advertised "steam room" didn't work and there were some very minor things that need repair but other than that, it was spotless and the location is amazing. The gentleman who attended to our needs was extremely nice and hospitable.

I contacted this hotel prior to arrival to arrange a car to meet us at the airport and the manager assured me that one would be waiting. It was not. This caused me to have to arrange last minute transportation from Geneva to Annecy which cost almost double what it should have. I complained and was told that it was the driver’s fault. They said they upgraded my room and when I complained that I hadn’t asked for a room upgrade but a ride was told they “understood” The basket of food on the second morning contained milk that had been opened and was half empty. The shower smelled musty. The sofa and area rug were stained.

Better call before you get their! No GPS, No A/C
It is hard to get to the location. I did not know that I have to park somewhere and walk for 30 minutes to find their tiny door! Then you have to call a cell phone to have the receptionist come from another building, and give you the direction where to park and how to get to the hotel walking! On top of that, I had to spend the night with a broken a/c. Once I contacted them, they said it is Saturday night and we won’t be able to fix before Monday morning! My trip to Europe was for 11 nights and this was my worst night. We did not stay longer in Annecy because of what happened. It was the most expensive night I have ever paid through my hotels account for almost the last 10 years, and unfortunately the worst,

Very friendly and competent staff, great hospitality! while booking I was surprised about the upper rates for lodges compared to 5 star hotels ... and ... Excellent and caring hospitality from all the team, room up grade, free bottle of wine for a little issue and direction to free parking ..: didn't attend this kind of high end hospitality - well done - all the family was very happy and we will come for sure back to this beautiful and cozy Annecy!

Wonderful!!! It was much more than we expected. Cosy, clean, modern, good quality of linen, a surprise steam room, perfect location, and a place to park provided by the management. I highly recommend this property! Habib was very kind waiting for us to show us where to park and helping us with our luggage and showing us the property.

The property is not 5*, not 4*, not 3*. The apartment is tiny, with low ceilings, many stains/dirty spots on the sofa, no table lamps on the 3rd floor in the second bedroom, bad mattresses/pillows/linens, the messy wires all around TV sets ...etc. There is no concierge at all. We had to wait for 40 minutes on a very busy street with our car before the manager showed up to let us in the garage. Nobody answered the phone during this time (5 pm Saturday). I went to the apartment, but nobody opened the door there either. When the manager finally arrived, he said that he gave our apartment to another guest. He did not ask his name before checking him in!??? The guest used the shower and the toilet, and there was nobody on duty to clean the mess. So it took another 30 minutes before the place was prepared for us. Needless to say, our stay in Annecy was ruined, and we had to find another hotel to stay in. We moved out a day earlier. I wrote to Expedia about our problems, but nobody got back to me so far. I am deeply upset with the Expedia putting such a terrible property as a 5*, charging premium rates, and totally ignoring our complaints.

So, we arrived early and understood that we could not get into our room immediately. But we had to wait, the two staff seemed confused. The website was all about personalized visits and the website showed a lobby where you could consult with staff...there was no such place where we were. We had to ask for coffee and milk. It was super noisy for sleep. The balcony was sooooooooo dirty with bird excrement. We liked the hotel, location was great, but it was by no means a 5 star accommendation, which from time to time we stay...we most often stay in 4 Star...this accommendation seemed between a 3 and 4 star accommendation.

Excellent manager, excellent hotel.
The manager is wonderful and truly one of a kind in terms of personal attention. The rooms are large and very clean. The bathroom and shower is wonderful with a steam room option. The fireplace in the room is a great touch as is the complimentary cheeses and baguette. The beds are very, very, comfortable. Only one issue is the location makes for a loud evening (shopkeepers close late so quite noisy around midnight). Sleeping with the windows open would be very, very, difficult. That being said, this was a great place and I would not hesitate to stay here once again.

This was a spectacular property in the heart of the center (old town). It was thoroughly modern without losing any of the medieval charm of the building and the area. We walked to restaurants easily as there were many fantastic choices right outside our doorway. We were pleased to see that there was a Saturday flea market all along the center. The management was very attentive an made our stay extraordinary by all of the attention to detail. Thank you for the fresh baguette and cheeses!

This was a fantastic property in Annecy - a beautiful, modern mini-condo right in the middle of the oldest part of Annecy. Comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, terrific bath, and a basket of lovely items for breakfast each morning. There is no place I will stay other than Les loges. The staff was so helpful too. Annecy is beautiful. Les Loges is the place to stay.

Lovely location. The owner/manager was nice and good. I stayed in Room 1. It is okay, but not really special. The bed is not okay. Two twin beds pulled together on some contraption, with a metal bar in the middle and it creaked and made sounds enough to wake me up when I was sleeping. That bed was not a $400 a night bed. Not even close. I had a nice time, but I would not stay here again.

Lovely location and very friendly staff. The only downside was that they need to leave a set of instructions of how to use the appliances, TV and air conditioning because they are not at reception for the full 24 hours. Otherwise a great stay!

If you are visiting Annecy, staying in old town is a must. Les Lodges was amazing, Cedric was very responsive to all our needs. The rooms were clean, with lots of amenities (great shower with steam room!) and the kitchenette was adorable with everything we needed to prepare breakfast (with fresh fruits and breads from the markets just outside the door!) there were also all the best restaurants in Annecy steps from the front door. Can’t say enough good things, and can not wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as it was a convenient halfway point between Meribel and Geneva, for my departure the next morning. The hotel was central to wonderful restaurants and shops, and during the day we visited several well-known attractions in the area.

If you wish to be based in the old centre of Annecy, the location of these apartments couldn't be better. We woke up on Tuesday morning to find a wonderful locals market full of delicious fare to taste. You also have coffee and bakery shops plus many good restaurants right on the doorstep. A leisurely walk to the lake side is 5 minutes. The one thing you don't have is lake views but on this occasion we didn't mind. It was 2 weeks before Christmas and we were more interested in being in the thick of things! The apartment we had was No 5 - a triple floored suite that sleeps 6 (two double beds and one large sofa bed). The gas fire was very welcome, as was the coffee machine, milk frothing machine, fridge, dish washer etc. The apartment is small but beautifully formed with beams in the ceiling and lovely wooden fittings. The heating was very efficient as you can control it yourself. There is a shower & hammam in the main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

Excellent stay in a great location!
We stayed in the duplex with small balcony and enjoyed the accommodations. The location is perfect in old town Annecy. We arrived early and got to check in within an hour of arrival. The duplex was fully equipped. Great 2 night stay!
