"Nice place! Clean room, comfy bed, nice hot shower! Grounds were nice including fire pits and a small playground. Owner was great! My only recommendation would be to have breakfast or at least coffee available earlier. "

"Great location for a visit to downtown Saugatuck & neighboring Holland. Two story property. Choose room, if possible, on the 2nd floor so you are not bothered by the creaking ceiling from guests above you! The breakfast area is very small. There are food trays available if you have to eat in your room. The offerings are:bread, small pastries, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, scrambled eggs, a breafkast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and a coffee table in the reception are-right outside the eating area. The room is comfortable. We had two Queen size beds with plenty of pillows- which are very soft. Bring your own if you need a support pillow."

"Hotel located too close to busy street. Too much road noise. Kept us awake at night. Poor sleep conditions. Would not go there again."

"The room was clean. The handicap shower let the water run out onto the floor, making it a slipping hazard. We had to put one of our towels down to soak up the water. Staff were great. Didn't have to wait for them to come to the desk at all. Very friendly and easy to understand. The breakfast offered was satisfactory."

"staff at breakfast was frazzled, lost our order, re-took it, then delivered it wrong. It was ok food, not bad, not great. The place was under construction so there was that. Room was great - clean, new and comfortable."

"Terry is an incredibly welcoming and kind (and funny!) host, and we enjoyed our stay very much. She made breakfast each morning for everyone, which was not only really pleasant to have a home-cooked meal, but also very delicious. She picks her fruit perfectly and makes breads and other yummies that are fantastic. The property is incredibly serene and relaxing, in a beautiful countryside setting. The home and grounds were all very nice and clean. Definitely 5 stars. The only minor qualm we had is that staying on the bottom floor other guests and the top floor was noisy each morning come 6 am which you could not sleep through as the footsteps and such travel really easily into the bottom floor bedroom."
